EMC-500 3A CNC Saw Blade Sharpening Machine was made by EYAN in early days, which is a fully automatic CNC saw blade sharper with three axes servo control. This 3 axes sharpener adopts advanced CNC control system, so that the user can easily operate this machine according to the instructions that given by the colorful 10.4” TFT-LCD monitor.
It can automatically set up and control the outer diameter, the number of teeth (gears), the attrition quantity, the angle of cutting, and even the back clearance cutting angle. Besides, the computers of this Saw Blade Sharpening Machine can memorize 9,999 sets of sharpening parameters; therefore, user can easily access data according to the previous customer ID or phone number. EMC-500 3A, CNC Saw Blade Sharpening Machine, combines the functions of CBN diamond grinding wheel, wheel speed setting and high precision grinding wheel spindle. It can increase the life of grinding wheel and reduce the grinding cost.
Furthermore, this Saw Blade Sharpener has patented splash guard which is well-designed and fully-enclosed. The splash guard can help reducing noise and preventing dust pollution while grinding. This splash guard is also equipped with a special transparent window, and the user can easily see the grinding situation without open it.
